Hello, I’m Dais, the Creative Director of The Hale, a London-based arts producing company specialising in experimental, socially-engaged work that is not restricted by form. We exist to produce and develop artists who have been traditionally ostracised from mainstream spaces with a focus on Queer, Trans, Global Majority & Learning Disabled & Neurodivergent identities. We make shows, parties, cabarets, workshops, digital happenings, cultural events and many more things. Our work is countercultural, care focused and transparent. The Hale has 3 strands:

Training and Advocacy
We have made shows, parties, cabarets, workshops, digital happenings, cultural events and more. Our work is countercultural, care focused and transparent. Historically, we have been producers, but we are shifting towards making our own work and creative projects. We will have a number of upcoming shows in Autumn.
I’m non-binary, queer and neurodivergent, and those are primarily the identities of the artists I work with too. You can see our work here www.the-hale.com. Alongside The Hale I also run Pecs Drag Kings.
As a neurodivergent artist, I am looking to work with a Personal Assistant / Support Worker to support me and my work. I have worked with someone for the past 3 yrs and now that they are onto pastures new, we are recruiting a new PA. For transparency, this is not an assistant producer role.
Title: Personal Assistant / Support Worker to Daisy Hale (Creative Director of The Hale)
Hours: 12hrs per week, usually 12pm-4pm Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday, with some evening/weekend work
Pay: £22.50 per hour, this is covered via Access to Work on a self employed basis
